Klacksun has a range of ways to keep members up to date and to inform them of developments.
Klacksun Newsletters: Klacksun produces a newsletter three or four times a year. This includes a range of information about the network, local services, things we can celebrate and items that we need to alert members to.
Consultations: From time to time, Klacksun will issue consultations or questionnaires to members to sample opinion. The responses to these bring a broad range of feedback into discussion or developments within services.
Evaluations: Klacksun members are involved in facilitating focus groups which give feedback on what service users think of our service.
