Supported Employment Service, Carsebridge Court, Alloa

This service assists individuals to access the labour market by imparting one-to-one support.

This can include: vocational profiling; job matching; training and, job coach support as well as, social support to help the individual adapt to the workplace with a consideration of their mental health needs. Awareness training and needs assessments are carried out in conjunction with the employer.

The Supported Employment Worker also carries out retention work to support individuals who are experiencing difficulties at work due to their mental health problems.
