Day Unit, CCH
The Day Unit provides a multi-disciplinary team, which offers day support and, group and individual interventions for clients with severe and complex mental health illness.
Assessment and monitoring of mental health difficulties can be offered within a protected environment. A range of interventions are offered dependent on individual need. These may include: Illness education; psychosocial interventions; symptom management and health maintenance clinics.
The Day Unit also offers groups within the local community in an effort to prevent community disengagement.
