Men's Peer Support
Men's Peer Support is for men of any age who experience mild to moderate mental health issues. A range of mental and physical health improvement topics are covered during weekly sessions and there is also a programme of outings and visits organised.
Men's Peer Support meet once a week at the Phoenix Centre, Carsebridge Court, Alloa - Mondays between 10am and 12noon.
Recently Men's Peer Support have been working with Clackmannanshire Council's Cultural and Community Services and have secured premises at the Aberdona Gallery. The group intend to further their woodworking project; making bird houses, rocking horses.
A warm welcome will be extended to any man who would be interested in finding out more about Men's Peer Support.
